摘要
针对扬州发电有限公司200MW机组4号炉(670t/h)长期存在锅炉灰渣可燃物含量偏高、锅炉效率偏低问题,经详细试验对4号炉三次风燃烧系统进行了技术改造。改造结果表明,4号炉在制粉系统运行时锅炉效率提高2%以上。
High carbon content in fly ash was a long-standing problem on NO.4(670 t/h)boiler of Yangzhou Power Plant.For this reason the particular tests were carried through.The combustion system retrofitting options were raised to improve the safety and economics of boiler operation.Test results proved that the retrofit is successful with the NO.4 boiler efficiency increased by above 2% in milling system running.
