摘要
角钢排料算法是铁塔制造企业ERP系统成功实施的关键所在 ,它直接影响ERP系统的效率与正确性。文中首先分析了计算机排料系统在ERP中的作用和接口方法 ,然后讨论了用专家系统方法实现优化排料的原理与实现。该专家系统的排料知识库中有 3类知识 :排料顺序知识、原料使用知识和结果评价知识 ,约共有 40 0条规则。经实际运行证明 ,该系统排料水平已可完全代替人工。
The algorithm for arranging angle-bar has been being considered to be a key technology of ERP system in the enterprise of iron tower manufacture. It determines directly if an ERP system is effective and accurate or not. Firstly the computer arranging system's function and interface in ERP are analyzed. And then, the theory and implement about the expert system for optimal arrangement is studied. The expert system is provided with three categories of knowledge in its knowledge base. These categories of knowledge are the order of arrangement, the use of raw and the evaluation of result. There are approximate 400 rules in the knowledge base. The fact of application has proved that the software is able to take over the manual work completely. At the end of this paper, the data of practical example is given.
