摘要
针对某电视机生产厂现有的电视机生产线上人工装配显像管与机壳状况 ,改造设计了一种气动自动滑移与翻转装置。该装置将一条传送线上的显像管自动滑移到机壳上与之装配后自动翻转送到另一条整机装配输送线上 ,该设计适用于不同规格电视机的装配生产。生产实践证明 ,该系统简单、经济、大大降低工人的劳动强度 ,提高了生产率。本文的设计方案为家电类产品的输送线与装配线的连接、技术更新。
The article introduces an innovative design of automated pneumatic sliding and flipping device for CRT automatic assembly aiming at present manually assembly of CRT and the casing in the TV production line of a enterprise. CRT is transferred from one conveyer to another to fit casing by a sliding unit and the whole set is flipped to an end conveyer automatically in this case. The design is applicable for different size of CRT. it is proved by practice that the system is relatively simple and cheap. The design increases productivity and reduces operators' working intensity consumedly. The article provides a referenced blue print for the connection of conveyer and assembly line, technical updating, reconstruction of old system and design of a new system for production of consumer electrical appliance.
