摘要
通过对凸轮轮廓曲线的分析 ,建立凸轮廓线的数学模型 ,采用圆弧逼近的等误差编程算法 ,以VisualBasic6.0作为开发工具 ,研究开发出一套具有良好人机界面的凸轮CAD系统。该系统实现了凸轮轮廓设计的无图纸化 ,提高了凸轮廓形的设计精度和设计效率 。
Set up the mathematical model by analyzing the cam contour. Use the equal error programming algorithm of arc approach to develop a cam CAD system based on Visual Basic6.0 with favorable operation interface. This system can realize the paperless cam contour designing. It can increase the design accuracy and efficiency of cam contour as well as meet the actual accuracy requirement better.
