摘要
文章介绍了一种“基于数字图像的多品种混流机器人喷漆自动线的汽车车身自动识别系统”。文中详细说明了自动识别系统的总体方案和硬件结构 ;同时还详细地介绍了系统的软件总体结构和车身识别处理模块、车身产量统计模块、车型特征数据库模块和系统维护模块等四大功能模块 ;本论文还对系统的功能、特点进行了简要地介绍 ;同时还重点介绍了系统中基于运动图像序列、基于神经网络、基于小波变换和基于LOC算子等四种车型识别算法的特点。该识别系统已成功地应用于生产实际 ,并且运行稳定可靠 ,提高了生产效率 。
This paper introduces a Vehicle Cab Recognition System Based on Digital Image in Multi-mode Mixed Auto-line, in which particularly deals with the collectivity scheme and the hardware structure. This paper also introduces the software collectivity structure, the cab recognition module, the cab output Statistic module, the cab characteristic database module and the system maintenance module. This paper also introduces the function and charateristics of the system. This paper mainly introduces the charateristics of four recognition methods. based on motional sequence, based on Neural Networks, based on wavelet transform and based on LOG operators. The newly designed system has been successfully applied to production really producing, which steadily and reliably runs. The production efficiency is improved. This system can be generalized.
