摘要
为了满足某定位系统对位置伺服控制模块小体积和高精度的要求 ,文章介绍一种基于高精度运动控制器LM62 9的全数字位置伺服控制模块。该模块充分利用LM62 9内部集成的数字式运动控制器的功能。选择智能型功率接口 ,在保证精度的前提下 ,简化了模块硬件结构。同时对LM62 9的PID控制算法进行了改进 ,采用积分分离PID控制算法 ,使其具有更好的动态和静态控制特性。试验结果表明 。
This paper introduces a digitized position servo module based on precision motion controller LM629 to meet the demand for small volume and high precision. It fully utilizes the integrated functions of the digitized motion controller, selects intelligent power interface circuit, thus, the module guarantees the precision and has simple hardware structure simultaneously. At the same time, it uses the integral discrete PID algorithm to mend the PID algorithm of LM629, so that it has better dynamic and static characteristics. The test results show the precision meet the demand for the position system.
