摘要
在机械零件加工中 ,通常根椐六点定位原理来进行定位。一般情况下采用完全定位 ,对于不完全定位中的欠定位是绝不允许的 ,而过定位在某些特定情况下是可以采用的。本文通过实例说明 ,合理采用过定位方式能解决工件在机械加工中难以解决的一些问题 ,从而可获得良好的加工效果 。
In machining processes, it is used to locate workpiece position according to six points location principle. In general, it is used for fully location and is forbidden for low-location. But it can be used for over-location in some special cases. This paper gives some over-location examples and show the quality can be ensured.
