This paper describes several conventional drive circuits for MOSFETs and points out the common disadvantages of them.The working principle of charge pump circuits is analyzed and its application in MOSFET drive circuit is introduced. The experiment shows that charge pump circuit can be well applied to MOSFET drive circuit.
