开关频率优化配置PWM电源控制器的研究

摘要 提出一种新颖的开关频率优化配置的PWM控制方案。该方案通过在轻载下同时缩短导通时间和降低开关频率,使得电路始终工作在优化的频率下,解决了电源体积与空载损耗之间的矛盾,同时又不会使开关频率变化范围过宽而进入音频范围,产生噪声。该控制器简单可靠,使用常规元器件就可以实现,因此易于集成,值得在工业领域中推广应用。通过该控制器在低损耗高频反激电源中的应用进一步证明了它的可行性和实用性。 An optimized switching frequency PWM control strategy is presented in this paper. The circuit can oper-ate under the condition of optimized switching frequency,because the time of switching on and switching frequency are re-duced simultaneously once circuit operates under the condition of light load.This strategy not only solves the conflict between the size of power supply and its open load loss, but also limits the range of switching frequency and restrains audio noise.The mentioned controller is featured by its simple configuration and high reliability,and implemented by adopting the ordinary components,therefore it is easily to be integrated into IC.The feasibility and practicality of the controller are further verified in the low loss high frequency feedback power supply.
