摘要
研究了一种全桥单向高频链逆变器。这种逆变器与周波变换器的区别在于它在高频变压器的次级设置了一个电解电容,用于提供接感性或容性负载时所需的无功能量,同时也可吸收变压器的漏感能量。通过对功率管开关时序的控制,可以实现部分功率管的软开关运行。电路具有结构和控制方法简单、体积小、噪音小、转换效率高等优点。仿真和实验结果证明了所提出的电路的正确性。
This paper describes a kind of full bridge unidirectional high frequency-link inverter.Different from the high frequency cycloconverter an electrolytic capacitor was added in presented circuit .The benefit is that it can provide reactive power under inductive or capacitive load.The capacitor can also absorb leakage inductance energy of high frequency transformer. According to synchronous timing control of power devices, part of power devices can run under soft switching state. Its advantages include simple structure and control method, small volume, low noise and high efficiency. The feasibility of the proposed inverter technique is verified by simulative and experimental results.
