摘要
矩阵变换器是一种新型交鄄交式直接变换器,其具体电路的设计仍有很多值得商榷、研究的地方。着重介绍了矩阵式交鄄交变换器的一种实现方法,分析了其主电路构成和各部分的功能,论述了输入滤波电路、箝位电路、上电辅助电路等环节的设计原则及需要考虑的问题。实验结果验证了所述设计原则的正确性。文章最后给出了矩阵变换器在硬件电路设计方面的研究动向。
Matrix converter (MC) is a novel AC/AC power converter which has been a subject of intensive ongoing research for more than two decades. Although the scheme of MC is clear now there are still some details in design waiting to be explored.This paper is focusing on the implementation of a matrix converter power stage,and analyzes the construction of the mentioned power converter,the purpose of each segment,the principles in the design especially on segments like input filter, clamp circuit, safe power-up circuit. A few attentions which should be considered in design are given.Experiment results are presented to verify the principles given in the paper.The aspects waiting to be further explored are also given.
