摘要
弗罗斯特是二十世纪美国最重要的诗人之一,他秉承传统的诗歌形式,以朴实的语言和平凡的经历描述了现代人疑惑、失落的两难困境,这也是弗罗斯特的诗长盛不衰的原因。文章以弗罗斯特的诗StoppingbyWoodsonaSnowyEvening为例,从文学文体学的角度分析了这首诗的结构特征和思想内涵。
Frost is one of the most important American poets of twentieth century. He adhered to traditional poetic form, conversational language and tones of voice combined with ordinary experience to describe the difficult situation of modern people. That is why his poems are still very popular today. This paper analyses Robert Frost's poetic style and its profound meaning with regard to one of his most famous poems Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.
