摘要
本文介绍了双阳水泥厂Φ4.6×7.5+3.5m原料磨在安装过程中出现的设计、制造和安装问题及其具体处理措施,特别对滑履支承部分和引进的德国弗兰德减速器的安装作了比较详细的介绍,提出了进一步改进的意见,可供今后同类型磨机的设计、制造和安装参考。
The erection of a Φ4. 6×7. 5+3. 5m raw mill in Shuang-yang cement plant is re- ported in this paper. The problems due to designing, manufacturing, erection and the corre- sponding measure taken were reported. A detailed description was given to the slide shoe and the imported Flender reducer (Germany). Suggestion was made to prevent the problems in advance.
