本文就采用硫铁矿代替生料配料中的石膏和部分铁质原料作复合矿化剂,从配料、生料、烧成及水泥制成四方面阐述了其可行性和具体效果。在有条件的地方,采用硫铁矿双代烧制水泥熟料是降低成本、提高产量的有效途径。

This paper introduced the feasibility and effects of using pyrite instead of gypsum and part of iron ore as composite minerilizer on raw meal proportioning, burning and cement grind- ing process. The author indicated that would be an efficient method to decrease the cost and in- crease the productivity for cement plants where pyrite is available.
