摘要
在两相区不同温度(740、760、780、800℃)退火和在贝氏体区不同温度(370、400、430℃)等温处理,研究其对0.11C 1.65Mn 0.62Si的钢组织和力学性能的影响.试验表明,彩色金相可以清晰地观察TRIP钢复杂的多相组织(铁素体F+贝氏体B+残余奥氏体RA),随两相区温度的升高而F含量降低,奥氏体(A)量变大,B含量增加,抗拉强度Rm呈上升趋势,随B区温度的升高,应变硬化指数n值上升,塑性应变比R值变化不大.
Mechanical properties and microstructures of 0.11C-1.65Mn-0.62Si TRIP steel are studied after annealing at the inter-critical temperatures (740, 760, 780, 800 ℃) and soaking at the bainite transformation zone (370, 400, 430°C) respectively. Microstructures of the complex multiphase in the TRIP steel, i.e., ferrite, bainite and retained austenite, are clearly observed through color metalgraph. Experiments show when the annealing temperature increases, ferrite volume fraction decreases, the volume fractions of austenite and bainite increase and mechanical properties of steel increases; when the soaking temperature at bainite zone increases, n values increases but R value changes less.
