摘要
武钢高炉出铁场采用电收尘器收尘,填补了国内钢铁行业的一项空白。本文介绍了出铁场的烟尘特性和相应的工艺流程、技术要求,以及据此进行的模拟试验结果。设计上采用三层X型分布板、W型沉淀极板和锯齿型、扁钢型极线等一系列先进技术,并由微机控制。一年多的运行表明,在第三电场未送电的情况下,收尘效率仍达96.6%,排放浓度仅为18~33mg/m~3(标),达到了国际先进水平。
The application of electrostatic precipitator in Blast-Furnace Plant of Wuhan Steel Company fills a gap in steel industry of China. This paper introduces the pro- cess of blast-furnace plant, the property of exhaust gas in the plant and the requirement of dust collection and the result of corresponding simulated test. This kind of electrostatic precipitator employs many updated techniques such as three row x-type distributing plate, w-type collecting plant, zigzag of type and flat iron-type discharge rods as well as microcomputer control. The practical operation of the electrostatic precipitator for more than a year has shown its excellent performance that the dedusting efficiency is as high as up to 96. 6%and dust emission concentration is only 18~33mg/Nm^3 without the operation of the third electrical field, which has already reached the international advancad level.
