Quantitative Research on the Interactive Relation between Economic Development and Extending Employment

如何使经济增长与就业增长相互促进是我国经济生活中一个重要的研究课题。本文运用道格拉斯模型与非线性回归方程模型，分别对南通市和海安县1978年以来经济发展与就业之间的动态关系进行定量分析，得到经济发展的不同阶段、不同时期投资于不同产业可以有效地使经济增长与就业增长同时推进的结论。

How to increase the economy, as well as extend employment is a vital research project in our economic life. Douglas Model and Non-linear Regressive Equation Model are used to do a quantitative research on the interactive relation between economic development and employment in NanTong city, as well as Hai'an county since 1978. The conclusion is reached that the investment to various fields at different phase, different time of economic development will effectively increase the economy and extending the employment.
