Present situation and prospects of kiln Hning in conventional rotary kiln

作者系统地介绍了我国水泥工业窑耐火材料的选择、保管、砌筑和使用过程中存在的问题,以及应采取的改进措施,并对衬砖砌筑和烘窑中应注意的问题作了重点阐述。文章还叙述了当前我国水泥窑烧成带采用镁铬砖所引起的公害问题和国外采用白云石砖和尖晶石砖取代镁铬砖的状况,并指出了我国水泥窑烧成带今后更新抉代的方向。

This paper systematically introduces the selection, preservation and the lining of kiln refractories of cement industry in China and presents the problems rising from its application as well as the measures to be taken accordingly. The paper also details the paints for attention in the process of lining and drying. In the meantime, the author stresses the pollution problem caused by the application of magnesite chrome brick in sintering zone and introduces the application of dolomite and spinel bricks instead of magnesite chrome brick in abroad. Moreover, the paper points out the definite tendency of applying new type refractory linings in sintering zone of rotary kiln in China.
