Removal of SO_2 in Simulated Flue Gas via Strong Ionization Discharge

摘要 采用强电场电离气体放电电离O2、H2O分子,在分子层次加工成强氧化自由基OH·,直接将模拟烟 气中的SO2氧化成雾状H2SO4液滴,在电收雾器中回收,脱硫过程不用催化剂、不加吸收剂。实验表明,在 120℃时,SO2脱除率可达84.0%,随着H2O、O2浓度、反应时间和放电电场强度的增加,以及SO2浓度、气量的 降低,SO2脱除率均有明显提高,反应时间仅为0.8s。 Removal of SO_2 in simulated flue gas was investigated via strong ionization discharge. Hydroxyl radicals with high-concentration were produced by means of the ionization of O_2 and H_2O molecules, which oxidized SO_2 directly into H_2SO_4 droplets at 120 ℃ in the absence of any catalyst and absorbent. H 2SO 4 were collected with the electrostatic precipitator. As a result, the removal efficiency of SO_2 is 84.0%. The removal efficiency of SO_2 increases with the increases of the concentrations of O_2 and H_2O, the reaction time and the intensity of electric field of discharging, and decreases with the increases of SO_2 concentration and flow rate of flue gas. The reaction time is only 0.8 s.
