摘要
利用吸收光谱方法检测水汽含量的精确度主要取决于水的吸收系数标定. 采用露点法对气瓶的水汽含量进行了精确测定,并将气瓶中气体通入测试池,通过改变测试池中气体的压力来改变水汽分压,从而实现了水汽吸收系数的标定,标定结果为水汽单位长度的吸收系数为8.6×10-3/Pa·m.
The precision of measuring water vapor fraction by using absorption spectroscopy is mainly determined by the calibration of water absorption coefficient. In order to calibrate water vapor absorption coefficient truly, the dew point method is used to measure water vapor fraction in gas bottle. Then the gas is put into the diagnostic cell. The calibration of water vapor absorption coefficient is realized by altering water vapor pressure through changing gas pressure in cell. The calibration result of water vapor absorption coefficient is 8.6×10 -3 /Pa·m.
