Method of Measuring the Degree of Logistics Information Coupling of Enterprises across the Supply Chain

摘要 物流信息的有效性是一体化物流管理的关键,而目前缺乏相关的工具和方法对可用物流信息的量级和有效性进行度量。提出了一种物流信息耦合度法来度量企业与其供应链中伙伴企业之间的耦合程度,该方法用延展度、广度和强度三个指标对企业在供应链两个方向上共享和使用的需求、供应和运输信息进行度量,并给出运用这一方法度量两家汽车生产企业的实例。 Logistics information is the key to management of integrated logistics, and it is important to measure the magnitude and effectiveness of available information that logistics information systems provide. This study provides a generic method to measure to what degree an enterprise is coupled with the members on its supply chain from the logistics information flow perspective. This method is named the degree of logistics information coupling (DLIC), and 3-indics of extension, width and intensity are used to measure demand, supply and transport information which is shared and used by enterprises in both directions of the supply chain. DLIC is used to measure the degree of logistics information coupling of two automotive manufacturers.
