依托我国国民教育 优化武警院校教育

Relying on the national education of our country and optimizing college education of armed police

国民教育大系统对武警院校教育具有基础性作用和全局性影响,当前我国依托地方高校培养武警人才的条件已经成熟。依托地方高校培养武警部队干部应以选拔培养、定向培养为主,生长干部的学历教育采取武警院校自主培养与地方高校培养相结合的方式。

The national education has the basic function and total influence on college education of armed police. Nowadays, it is already ripe to train talented persons for armed police by relying on local colleges. Furthermore, we should pay attention to training of selection and directional training during training cadres of armed police. The educational level of growing cadres for armed police should combine training independently of armed police colleges with training of local university.
