摘要
蔡元培于1927-1929年致力于将以大学区制为基本特色的法国教育管理模式移植到我国,目的在于改革我国教育行政机构官僚化习气之弊,争取教育独立。此举以失败告终,证明仅仅依靠制度层面的变革以实现教育独立,在中国近代社会是行不通的;学习借鉴别国的教育管理模式和经验,必须根据本国实际,使之本土化。
Cai Yuanpei was devoted to transplant French educational management mode to our country from 1927 to 1929, which was the university district as basic characteristic, aiming at reforming the fraud of the educational institution’s bureaucracy of our country and striving for the education independence. It ended up with failure fully demonstrated that it was impractical in Chinese modern society to solely relying on the reform of system to seek the educational freedom. If we want to take reference from the mode and experience of foreign educational management, we have to be based on the Chinese national conditions and making its localization.
