摘要
考察了利用柠檬酸去除厦门某化工厂污泥中重金属镉、铅的适宜工艺条件,包括 pH、柠檬酸浓度、转速、温度、反应时间等。考察发现,在pH=3、柠檬酸摩尔浓度为0.2 mol/L、转速为200 r/min、温度为室温、反应时间为1 d左右时,污泥中镉、铅的最大去除率分别为91.5%和96.5%。
The preferable conditions in the extraction of Cd and Pb from sludge using citric acid is discussed, including pH value, citric acid concentration, rotational speed, temperature, reaction time, etc. The detailed extractions were performed in 3 of pH value at room temperature in one day. The perfect citric acid concentration and rotational speed were 0.2 mol/L and 200 r/min respectively. Under that , the highest extraction efficiency of Cd and Pb were 91.5%和96.5%, respectively.
