基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物与卵巢癌转移的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制物(TIMPs)在细胞外基质(ECM)的降解中起重要作用,有大量研究表明ECM降解是卵巢癌浸润正常组织和开始转移的信号及重要途径。MMPs在各型卵巢癌中的表达均有明显增加,提出MMPs及TIMPs在卵巢癌的诊断和治疗中有广阔的研究前景。就MMPs及TIMPs在卵巢肿瘤中的研究情况综述。
