摘要 先将D4和带有氨基的偶联剂在130℃经2h合成了氨基硅油,并通过选择适当的改性剂,在50℃经1h合成了低黄变改性氨基硅油柔软剂.讨论了各反应条件对氨基改性转化率的影响;利用红外光谱表征了所合成的氨基硅油和改性氨基硅油的化学结构.经对织物的后整理效果比较,发现氨基转化率在50%时,改性后的氨基硅油柔软剂在保持原有良好综合手感的同时,并具有优良的抗黄变性能. Aminosiloxane was synthesized by the reaction of D4 with amino-containing coupling agent at 130 ℃ for 2 h, followed by the reaction at 50 ℃ for 1 h with a suitably selected modifier, and used as a low-yellowing modified aminosiloxane softener. The effect of the reaction conditions on the transfer ratio of the amino-modification was discussed, and the IR spectrophotometry was used to symbolize the chemical structure of the synthesized aminosiloxane. The finishing results on the fabrics were compared to find that, when the amino-transferring was 50%, the modified aminosiloxane softener retained the good comprehensive hand-feel together with the excellent low-yellowing properties.
