速溶性氨基硅油的合成及应用

Synthesis and applications of instantly soluble aminosilicone fluid

以线性硅油和氨基单体为原料,用碱性聚合法合成速溶性氨基硅油,由于速溶性氨基硅油分子中的氨基和羟基与水形成氢键,所以能够达到速溶效果.讨论了速溶性氨基硅油在各类织物整理中的应用,并将速溶性氨基硅油乳液和普通氨基硅油乳液的性能作了对比.结果表明:速溶性氨基硅油用于处理锦纶、丝绸类等织物可使织物手感得到更大的提高.

Linear silicone fluid and aminosilicone monomer were used as raw materials in the synthesis of the instantly soluble aminosilicone fluid by alkaline polymerization. The hydrogen bond formation of the amino and hydroxyl groups in the product molecules resulted in the instant solubility. The applications of the product in the finishing of various textiles were discussed, and the results from the product were compared with the properties of the ordinary aminosilicone emulsions. The results showed that the textile hand-feeling was more improved when the instantly soluble aminosilicone fluid was used to the fabrics such as polyamide fibers and silk etc.
