Studies on Quality Standards for Tongguanshu Mixture

目的:制定通关舒合剂的质量标准。方法:采用 HPLC 法测定了方中芍药苷的含量,采用 TCL 法对方中当归、羌活、赤芍、紫花地丁进行了鉴别。结果:含量测定方法简便,重现性好;薄层鉴别方法专属性强。结论:质量标准可有效控制产品质量。

Objective:To establish the quality standards for Tongguanshu Mixture.Method:Four kinds of Chinese medicine Radix Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba Vilae were identified by TLC.An HPLC method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin was established.Results:The method is simple,accurate and re- producible.The identification method is exclusive.Conclusions:The established quality standards can control the qualities of this product effectively.
