摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法同时测定脑清片中氨基比林和咖啡因两组分的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil-ODS-C_(18)柱;甲醇-水-乙腈(40:50:10)为流动相;检测波长254nm。结果:平均回收率及 RSD 分别为氨基比林99.4%,0.8%;咖啡因98.93%,1.1%。结论:本法分离度好,快速、简便。适用于复方制剂中两组分的同时测定,可作为产品的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a method of determination of two components in Compound Amidopyrine and Caffeine Tablets.Methods:The Hypersil-ODS-C_(18)Column was used and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-acetontrile(40 :50:10)with detection wavelength at 254nm.Results:The average recovery of amidopyrine was 99.4%,(RSD=0.8%). The average recovery of caffeine was 98.93%(RSD=1.1%).Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for de- termination of the two constituents in compound tablets.
