摘要
目的 :通过检测结核性和癌性胸水患者胸水及血清中ET - 1和TNF -α ,探讨其对鉴别结核性和癌性胸水的意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定胸水及血清中ET - 1的含量 ;采用双抗体夹心免疫酶标法 (ELISA)测定胸水及血清中TNF -α的含量。结果 :结核性胸膜炎患者胸水中ET - 1和TNF -α含量分别为 (70 .2 5± 2 3.81)ng·L- 1和 (30 .6 4± 10 .76 )ng·L- 1,高于癌性胸水组 (P <0 .0 1) ;结核性胸水组血清ET - 1水平为 (89.74± 2 2 .39)ng·L- 1也高于癌性胸水组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而结核性胸水组血清TNF -α的含量为 (14 .2 6± 5 .74 )ng·L- 1却低于癌性胸水组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :结核性胸膜炎胸水中ET - 1和TNF -α及血清中ET - 1的含量均显著高于肺癌患者 ,而血清中TNF -α却比肺癌患者显著降低。在胸水和血清中同时检测ET - 1和TNF
Objective: The levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and endothelin-1(ET-1) were detected in serum and pleural effusion with tuberculosis or malignancy, to study its significance between tuberculosis and malignant pleural effusion. Methods: The levels of ET-1 were determined by radio immunoassay(RIA) in serum and pleural effusion; The levels of TNF-α were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in serum and pleural effusion. Results:The levels of ET -1 and TNF-α in pleural effusion with tuberculosis were(70.25±23.81)ng·L -1, (30.64±10.76)ng·L -1. the groups were significantly higher than that in lung carcinoma[(31.52±17.44)ng·L -1,(9.83±2.32)ng·L -1,all P<0.01)], the levels of ET-1 in serum of patients with tuberculosis were significantly higher than that in lung carcinoma [(89.74±22.39)ng·L -1 vs.(51.92±14.18)ng·L -1,P<0.01)], but the levels of TNF-α in serum of patients with tuberculosis were significantly lower than that in lung carcinoma[(14.26±5.74)ng·L -1 vs.(25.19±8.63)ng·L -1,P<0.01 )].Conclusion:The levels of ET-1 and TNF-α in pleural effusion with tuberculosis and the levels of ET-1 in serum of patients with tuberculosis were significantly higher than that in lung carcinoma, However, the levels of TNF-α in serum of patients with tuberculosis were significantly lower than that in lung carcinoma. It may play an important role in differentiation between tuberculosis and malignancy to detect the contents of ET-1 and TNF-α in pleural effusions and serum.
