鼻内镜下射频治疗后鼻孔出血132例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of 132 Cases For Choanal Bleeding with Radio Frequenecy Under Nasal Endoscope

目的 :探讨一种简便、有效、损伤小、患者易接受的后鼻孔出血治疗方法。方法 :2 %丁卡因加 0 .1%肾上腺素棉片行鼻腔表面麻醉、收缩鼻腔粘膜后 ,在鼻内镜下找到出血点 ,用射频治疗仪准确凝固、止血。结果 :临床观察 (1～ 3)个月 ,总有效率 97.0 % (12 8/ 132 ) ,其中治愈率 73.5 %(97/ 132 ) ,好转率 2 3.5 % (31/ 132 )。结论 :鼻内镜下射频治疗后鼻孔出血 ,是一种有效、简便、快捷、损伤小、患者易于接受的治疗方法 。

Objective: To study a new treatment for the choanal bleeding. Methods: Nasal cavit mucosa of 132 cases were topical anesthetized and contracted with cotton sheet soaked by dicaine(2%) mixed a small quantity adrenamine (0.1%) then finding hemorrhagic spots under nasal endoscope, coagulating and hemostasia exactly with radio frequency.Results:According to the data of post-treatment follow-up over 1～3 months. The total effective rate was 97%, curative rate was 73.5% (97/132), the improve rate was 23.5%(31/132). Conclusions: It is a good treating method, shuch as clear, convenient, mild damage though the nasal endoscopy and radio frequenecy for treatment of the choanal bleeding.
