摘要 Emdogain@为釉基质衍生物(enamei matrix derivative,EMD)与其相应载体的结合物,是商品化的EMD.由于可以诱导牙周组织再生及防止牙根的替代性吸收,国外己将Emdogain@逐步应用于临床牙周病和牙创伤的治疗.近年来,随着分子生物学、细胞学、基因工程的发展以及研究手段、实验仪器的改进,对EMD的研究达到了较深的层次,因而成为众多学者关注的热点问题之一.
