The Influence on Photoelectrical Characterizations of FeS_2 (Pyrite) Thin Films

摘要 综述了黄铁矿 (FeS2)的晶体结构、制备方法、硫化工艺、薄膜厚度及掺杂元素对FeS2薄膜光电性能的影响,指出了现阶段在FeS2 薄膜光电性能研究中出现的问题,并指出了今后的发展方向。 In this paper, such factors affecting the optical and electrical characteristics of FeS2 thin films were summarized, as the crystal structure of FeS2 , the method of preparation, the sulfidation process (sulfidation temperature, annealing time and sulfidation pressure), the thickness of the films and adulteration. The questions emerging in the study of FeS2 (pyrite) thin films and the direction of its development in the future were pointed out at last.
