超声对眼外伤后晶状体病变的研究

Lens Changes on Sonograms After Ophthalmic Trauma

目的 探讨超声在眼外伤后晶状体病变中的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析 4 9例眼外伤后晶状体病变的声像图表现。结果 1.晶状体的声像图因眼外伤后晶状体受损部位、程度、形式的不同而不同。 2 .根据声像图中晶状体回声的有无、形态的完整与否、位置的正常与否将眼外伤后晶状体病变分为四型 :单纯白内障型、白内障伴囊膜破裂型、白内障伴脱位型、晶状体消失型。结论 超声能弥补眼外伤后眼科常规检查的不足 ,清晰显示晶状体的受损情况并作出超声分型 ,为临床选择治疗方式及治疗时机提供帮助。

Objective To explore the ultrasonic value in diagnosing the lens changes after ophthalmic trauma.Methods We reviewed retrospectively the manifestations of the lens on sonograms in 49 cases with ophthalmic trauma.Results 1.The ultrasonic image findings of the lens in the traumatic eyes were quite different according to the traumatic positions,degrees and situations.2.We could divide the changes of the lens into 4 types:simple traumatic cataract,traumatic cataract with broken capsule,traumatic dislocated cataract and disappeared lens.Conclusions Ultrasonography is a valuble method for early diagnosing,typing and treating the traumatic lens timely.
