肾上腺占位性病变超声图像特点与病理分型相关性研究

Ultrasonography of Adrenal Tumors and Its Correlation with Clinical Pathology

目的 通过对各种肾上腺占位性病变声像图特点与手术后病理分型比较 ,探讨其间相关联系 ,以提高超声定性诊断正确率。方法 对超声检查发现肾上腺占位性病变并经手术证实的 14 8例肾上腺肿瘤声像图表现与手术及病理结果进行对照分析。结果 肾上腺良、恶性肿瘤病理种类很多 ,声像图各有特点 ,部分肿瘤如肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤等特异性声像图表现与其病理分型关系密切。结论 根据肾上腺肿瘤的病理分型及肿瘤的组织结构与超声图像联系 ,可提高超声对肾上腺肿瘤的定性诊断率。

Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonography and clinical pathology in adrenal tumors and to detect the accuracy of ultrasonographic diagnosis.Methods We studied the correlation between ultrasonography and clinical pathology in 148 patients with adrenal tumor,who underwent adrenalectomy in our institute.Results There were close relationships between ultrasonography and clinical pathology in some adrenal tumors such as adrenal medullary lipoma,cortex adenocarcinoma and pheochromocytoma.Conclusions We suggest that ultrasonography be an effective and accurate diagnostic method for some adrenal tumors based on their tissue histology and pathologic types.
