螺旋CT三维重建临床应用的多媒体教学软件的制作

摘要 目的开发出一套多媒体教学辅助软件,介绍螺旋CT三维重建的技术,演示三维重建的图像和动画。材料和方法组建局域网络,将螺旋CT机和专业的图形工作站上的原始图像传输到普通微机上,再进行图像处理和软件编程,将美国GE公司HispeedCT/i螺旋CT的各项三维重建技术,在文字描述的基础上,结合图像、视频、三维动画和音乐等媒体,制作成多媒体教学软件。结果制作完成一套螺旋CT三维重建的临床应用多媒体教学辅助软件,经浙江大学医学影像专业和浙江省卫生学校影像专业的学生教学使用,效果满意。结论在普通微机上生动地再现专业图形工作站上的三维图像及动画效果,能弥补常规教材在图像、动画、视频、音乐等方面的缺陷,激发学生的学习兴趣,达到满意的教学效果。 Purpose:To develop a computed-assisted instruction(CAI)multimedia software introducing the techˉnology of three-dimensional reconstruction on spiral CT and playing the images and animations in teaching.Materials and Methods:Building the LAN(local area network),transmitting the original images on spiral CT or professional graphical workstation to the personal computer,with intimate coopˉeration between the radiologists and computer engineers,various accessory media such as text,voice,image,video,music and Three-dimensional animation made the software lively and visually.Results:A“The Clinical Application of the Spiral CT with Three-dimensional Reconstruction”was accomplished.It was adopted for the radiology speciality teaching by Zhejiang University.Conclusion:The study initiaˉtive and enthusiasm of the students were greatly stimulated and enhanced by playing the Three-dimenˉsional images and animations on the personal computer.
