摘要
从我国传统文化、对高等职业教育的政策定位以及高职院校内部管理体制等方面分析了影响我国高等职业教育发展的因素,强调发展高等职业教育在提供合理的政策定位的同时,更应注重高职院校自治的合理性,做到内强素质、外塑形象。
From such aspects as traditional culture, policy orientation about higher vocational education and interior management system in higher vocational colleges, the paper makes a deep analysis of the factors influencing its development and it is emphasized that development of higher vocational education should pay more attention to its autonomous rationality in addition to reasonable policy orientation, better quality internally and shape image outwards.
