目前国际社会比较通行的若干不合理的技术贸易壁垒给我国经济和贸易带来了一些不良影响。如何冲破技术壁垒并利用合理的技术壁垒保护我国国内市场和经济安全是亟待解决的问题,对此,本文从政府和企业层面出发提出了应对国际贸易中的技术壁垒的若干建议。

With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, tariff barriers between each member oftrade countries are gradually decreasing, while the importance of non-tariff barriers is increasing day by day in internationaltrade, which has become the world trend. Especially some developed countries continue to lay down technical trade barriers withrespect to technical to laws and regulations, technical standards and quality evaluation, taking advantage of their advancedtechniques, management and environmental protection, while they are sharing the convenience brought about by trade liberalization.It restrainer or hindered the normal forging trade of our country. It is a problem awaiting solution how to break these technicaltrade barriers so as to protect the internal market and economy of our country.
