摘要
BTH诱导处理新疆抗性不同的甜瓜植株,均能激发被诱导叶片(第一片真叶)过氧化物酶的显著升高,说明了甜瓜抗病性与甜瓜植株过氧化物酶活力呈正相关,也说明了BTH可以诱导甜瓜系统获得性抗性(SAR)的产生。经诱导处理的叶片作过氧化物酶同工酶的PAGE电泳,有新增谱带。
The effect of BTH on Xinjiang different melon plants with different resistances can make peroxidase of attracted true leaf obviously be increased.It indicates that the resistance of melon and activity peroxidase of melon plant are in positive correlation.Also we got a conclusion that BTH can induce systematically acquiried resistance(SAR)on melon.At last,new band became peroxidase isoenzymes in treated melon's leaves.
