摘要 用K2S2O8引发自由基水溶液聚合制备聚N,N'-甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)大分子,并以MBAA为交联剂、K2S2O8为引发剂,再次通过自由基引发方式,将其引入丙烯酸(AA)凝胶网络中,制备出新型的P(DMAEMA/AA)半互穿网络凝胶.实验证明,P(DMAEMA/AA)半互穿网络凝胶具有离子响应性和pH响应性.在离子响应时当NaCl溶液浓度达到0.08mol/L时,凝胶的体积基本保持不变,而且与普通PAA水凝胶相比,此半互穿网络凝胶的动态力学性能发生了明显变化. A novel semi-interpenetrating network (IPN) hydrogel—poly(N,N′-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate/acrylic acid)was synthesized in aqueous medium by radical copolymerization in the presence of K_2S_2O_8 as the initiator and MBAA as the cross-linker. The experiment results show that the gel is both ion responsitivity and pH-sensitivity. The degree of swelling of the gel is reduced by the presence of NaCl in the aqueous and retained steadiness upon 0.08 wt% solution of NaCl. In addition, this kind of gel has better dynamic mechanical properties than the PAA-hydrogels produced by normal methods.
