减纱工艺对三维编织矩形截面预制件的细观结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 对通过减纱工艺形成的变截面三维编织预制件的细观结构进行了研究,并采用拓扑方法进行理论分析,得到了减纱后通过减纱截面的纱线运动走向和变化规律,从而为更精确的制定异型三维编织预制件的编织工艺打下了基础. The microstructure of the special-shaped 3D braided preforms configurated by reducing-yarn technique is studied by means of experiments and theoretical analysis, in order to set up the braiding technology more strictly. The article gives the emphasis to the internal and surface unit model of preform at reducing-yarn point.
