摘要
介绍了一种由双比例流量阀及伺服阀联合控制的双缸同步方案,讲述了本方法的工作原理,并推导出了伺服阀控制非对称液压缸同步系统的动态响应数学模型,并给出了同步误差的数学表达式,仿真结果表明推导过程是正确的,并实现了双缸高精度同步动作.
A type of double proportional valve and servo-valve in synchronization control of double asymmetrical cylinder is introduced.The working principle and dynamic response mathematical-model of the servo-valve in controlling asymmetrical cylinder are disscussed.The mathematic expression of synchronous errors is given.With such model and expressions and by means of dynamic software of simulink,non-linear imitation models of general hydraulic components are built,and high-precise synchronization actions of the double cylinders are finished.
