摘要
对难分解的钛钽铌矿的酸分解工艺进行了试验研究。在原钽铌矿酸分解工艺的基础上,通过降低矿粉粒度、加大酸用量和延长分解时的保温时间等措施,使Ta2O5、Nb2O5的分解率由原来的72 3%和73 6%均提高到>97%,获得了令人满意的结果。
Experiment is done on the acid hydrolysis of titanium-columbite-tantalite ore difficult to decompose.Based on the existing tantalum and niobium acid hydrolysis, the decomposition rate of Ta_2O_5 and Nb_2O_5 is increased from (72.3)% and 73.6% up to>97% with satisfactory results with smaller powder particle size,more acid consumption and longer heat insulation time,etc.
