摘要
研究和分析了信息技术等现代高新技术对CBD发展的影响 ,提出了基于GIS的D CBD概念 ,探讨了D CBD的内涵与优势 ,并对D CBD的空间对象及其业务操作、逻辑架构、建设内容以及应用前景进行了研究。
This paper analyzes the impacts on CBD development of new and high technology. On the basis of explaining the theory of digital engineering,this paper puts forward the D CBD concept, analyzes the spatial object and its business operation of D CBD. The logical structure of D CBD is built.
