摘要 乙草胺的含量分析多采用气相色谱法。乙草胺中杂质的分析测定未见报道。本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对乙草胺原药进行分离鉴定,得到乙草胺及其6个杂质质谱图,分析并总结乙草胺质谱裂解规律及6个杂质的质谱特征,从而有助于乙草胺的质量、残留分析,有利于控制乙草胺原药中的杂质,提高产品质量。 Acetochlor impurities have been taken into consideration for the safety assessment of the pesticides.It were no articles for analysis of the impurities in Acetochlor Technical material to be found in present publications.A GC-MS method, using DB-1 column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm) , taking program temperature was developed to separate and analyze Acetochlor and 6 impurities in Acetochlor Technical material.Using electron impact (EI) method, Acetochlor and 6 impurities were identified and confirmed.The fragmentation data and the ways of dissociation of Acetochlor and 6 impurities' molecular were given and discussed in this paper.Using GC -FID method, the content of Acetochlor and 6 impurities were measured.The results showed a good repeatability and productivity.
