摘要
利用聚氨酯化学中的脲基甲酸酯化反应,制备了游离TDI质量分数<1.0％的预聚体。研究了NCO／OH值,聚醚多元醇的平均相对分子质量对合成的预聚体性能的影响及用其制备的弹性胶层的力学性能,结果表明,低游离TDI预聚体制备的聚氨酯塑胶性能完全符合GB／T14833-93要求,用于田径跑道、球场及地坪等的铺设。
Elastic PU prepolymer with low free TDI content(<1.0%) is made by using reaction of TDI allophate. We study effect of several elements such as ratio of NCO/OH and molecular quantity in average to characters of prepolymer produced, and also mechanics characters of elastic film. Result shows the characters of PU film of low TDI elastic prepolymer can meet the need of GB/T14833-93,and can be used for path runway,court ground and so on.
