摘要
在社会主义市场经济的大环境下,国家重点建设项目实行管理体制改革,也促进了档案管理工作相应地改革,文章从发挥招标承包制、监理机制的优势两方面论述如何加强重点建设项目的档案管理。
The reform of management system for state key construction projects carried out under the environment of socialist market economy has promoted the reform of archives management accordingly. This paper expounds how to strengthen the archives management of key projects by making full use of the superiority of bidding & supervision mechanism.
