摘要
基于经济全球化背景,论述我国经济、外贸发展趋势、货物运输特点及由此决定的海运和沿海港口发展趋势,分析港口功能的转变和沿海港口规划建设新特点。
The development trend of economy & foreign trade, the characteristics of cargo transportation, as well as the development trends of ocean shipping & coastal ports in China, which are determined by the above factors, are expounded. The transmission of port functions and new characteristics of planning & construction of coastal ports in China are analyzed.
