摘要
本文对宇佐美曲霉(Asp.usamii)产木聚糖酶的产酶进程进行了分析,28℃固态静置培养72 h,酶活力可达到7442 IU/g干曲。粗酶酶学性质研究表明:该木聚糖酶的最适反应温度50℃,低于50℃时较稳定;酶的最适pH 4.6,pH稳定范围为pH 5.0-10.0。Ca2+对酶有激活作用,而Mn2+、Mg2+、Ba2+则具有强烈的抑制作用。
The xylanase production was investigated with solid fermentation by Aspergillus usamii. Xylanase activity reached 7442 IU/g dry medium under the optimized conditions at 28℃ for 72 h. The enzyme show an optimum temperature and pHof 50℃ and pH4.6 respectively. Xylanase was stable below 50℃ and within pH 5.0-10.0. Its activity was increased by Ca2+and strongly inhibited by Mn2+,Mg2+ and Ba2+.
