我国市场价格上扬的原因及其走势分析

由于固定资产投资规模过大、增幅过高,造成市场价格全面大幅上扬,引起了党和国家的高度重视,采取了一系列宏观调控措施,物价已经在较高的价格平台上稳定下来。预计2004年市场物价上升幅度在3%～4%之间,小于居民收入增长水平,近期内将呈小幅平稳上升的势头。

The excessively fast growth in fixed assets investment scale led to vast increase of market price,to which the CPCCC and the State Council had attached great importance.After a series of macro-control measures were taken,prices had been stable at a relatively high level,it is predicted that the market price will increse by3%-4%in2004,lower than the increase in the citizens'income,showing stably growing tendency by a small margin recently.
